Print Preview:  Select a report from the Reports List on the left side of the screen and it will appear in the Print Preview Screen. The following options are available from the Preview Screen Toolbar:

Toolbar

Document Edit: This button will be enabled if this report can be Edited. (See the following section on how to Edit Reports.) This button will be disabled if the report cannot be edited.

Print: There are 2 Print Buttons. Print ? will prompt you to select your printer and options such as number of copies. Quick Print will print to the default printer without prompting you first.

Page Setup: Use this option to select your Page Orientation - Portrait or Landscape. Note that ALL reports with the exception of One Line List are designed to print in Portrait mode and this cannot be changed. The reason you may want to change the orientation in One Line List is that this report depends on the fields you have selected in your List View. If you have many fields selected (columns in your grid) you may wish to choose Landscape.

Navigation: Use these buttons to navigate around the report.

Zoom:  The Many Pages buttons lets you decide how many pages to display at a time. You can also use the Zoom buttons to change your view of the report.

Page Background:  Use the Page Color button to set the background color of the page. Click the Watermark button to select and also set the opacity of your watermark image.

Report Style:  Click the Theme drop down arrow to scroll through all available themes in the system. Select any one of these Themes and the Preview Screen will immediately change to reflect this theme. To change the TITLE of this report, click on the Change Title button and then enter the new name for your report.

Colors:  Some Reports let you change their Foreground and Background print colors. These include the tabular style reports found under the MLS Tab in your Reports List. Whenever you select such a report the Toolbar will display drop down boxes where you can change these colors. Note that these only appear on reports where this functionality is supported.

Background Color:  Use this option to set the Background color for the entire page.

Watermark:  Use this to tell the program about an image that you would like to appear as a WATERMARK on each page. To do this click the 'Picture Watermark' Tab and then select 'Load Image ...'.  Note that you can also set the transparency value for the watermark.

Palettes:  Whenever you select a report under the Charts & Graphs Tab you can change the chart's Palette and Skin. Each palette has a unique set of skins from which you can choose. Note that the Palettes/Skins functionality is only displayed when you make a selection under Charts & Graphs.

Export: Click the Email button to Email this report and the PDF Export button to create a PDF file for this report. PDF Files are useful, for example, if you want to upload this report to your website. Note that emailed reports are stored in a PDF format on our servers and the user is emailed a link to this report. This is designed to get around problem caused by ISP's mistakenly blocking these emails as spam. These files are saved for a period of at most 1 week as the information gets outdated pretty quickly. YOU DO NOT have to manually click the PDF Export button before sending an email. Sending an email does this automatically for you.

Exit: Click Exit EXIT to close the Reports Program and return to Virtual Office.
