How are reports emailed? Emailed
reports are stored in a PDF format on our
servers and the user is emailed a link to this report. This is designed to get
around problem caused by Internet Service Providers mistakenly blocking these
emails as spam. These files are saved for a period of at most 1 week as the
information gets outdated pretty quickly.
